I insured my phone 2024. I just lost it three weeks ago and submitted a claim same day. I have been struggling with Istoreinsure since day one. They keep on giving me different account numbers to deposit the excess fee, however the money bounces back. They are unprofessional and I feel ****** by this insurance.
