Istore bad service

Their customer service suck, we waited over 30min to be assisted, then while the lady was helping us she was also busy chatting to her other colleague, they walk around like they got hangover, no energy at all, even the store manager looked bored when assisting us. Its like they are doing us a favor that we came to their shop. Its so irritating. They are so unprofessional, they need to undergo customer service training. They yawn while talking to customers. Spent almost two hours before getting our phones.
