Worst service ever after loosing my phone

48 hours later after loosing my phone I still do not have access to my icloud data simply because i do not recall my password. Midrand and Cresta staff were just not helpful at on the 4th. Got turned away from both spaces for various reasons and they simply refused to help me first was told i have to rica a new sim then when i came back was asked to return following day. no technical support. Not sure why icloud indicates i could have used one of their devices to quickly reset password.
