iStore Mall of Africa temporarily lost my iphone

I brought my iPhone for repairs on Monday and they took the phone in and it was sent to their repairs store outside the store.

I got a text on Saturday that the device was ready for collection.

When I came to collect they told me the phone was taken in and refunded at Brooklyn Mall in Pretoria.

I told them that I booked my phone in for checking at the istore in Mall of Africa and all of a sudden, with no communication except “your device is ready for collection” I am not told to collect my device in Pretoria from Joburg.

Very disappointed in their service and communication between them and their clients.
