During the black Friday specials(18/11/2024 -2/12/2024) , on Thursday 28/11/2024 , I went into the store with the intention to buy 2 Ipads10,64g,1 blk & 1 blue.They were out of stock of the blue , so I could only purchase the black . I was assisted by a 3 staff members. Theresa was the most senior of the 3. I asked multiple times and they assured me multiple times that the blue ipad was in transit, they would CALL me when stock came in, they couldn't tell me when, but I would still be able to buy it at the same price . On Saturday , I called the *** on 2 occasions & held on for 20min both times. No one answered. On Sunday ,1/12/2024 , I went to the store and was assisted by Minka who informed me that there were no I pads available countrywide , everything had been sold by Friday morning and that they would not be honouring their shop representative's word. When I protested, I was told that she she could only help on Monday after finding out what happened. When I asked what happened to the stock that was in transit, and pointed out that the stock must have come in on Friday ,and was sold to someone else and that NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL ME, she had no answer. I store SA: If your sales staff commit, even if it's verbally , you need to hold up your end. Mikna also refused to give me the head office number to complain to. Furthermore your senior sales staff are arrogant and unprofessional. They make no effort to resolve anything or find a solution, because your customers regularly lie to to you and you need to make a big investigation .
