unauthorised debit order

Good day<br> <br> I do not know how to contact your company or I do not have any documents signed allowing this money to come off my account.<br> <br> I want this debit order to be stopped immediately!!! <br> <br> The following reference number is used each month: ISPB EM-***-2 the fee is R111 now but other months were R73 and R70?????
