Terrible Customer Service

The service from these guys is terrible. I have been trying to get a refund on a duplicate payment with no success, none of their call agents give you a straight answer, its either the ones who can help you are busy or they tell you to email proof of those payments and then nothing happens. The connection speed is also average and drops unexpectedly any random day.
