Poor service delivery and not getting what you pay for

I had endless problems from the beginning till the end since signing up with this company. We supposedly have a 20 meg line but it is either off or has disturbances or jumps, or in the speed test shows you have less signal strength than you're supposed to or they are conducting maintenance regularly and then you have no internet at all! There shouldn't be problems if you have fibre and uncapped! It was going better lately until this evening again and what is worse is they all of the sudden have office hours now from eight till five . What if it is an emergency. They quickly deduct their installment but when you need service you sit with these problems.
