Part time internet provider-ISP Africa

The service provided by this company over the 9months that I have used them has been so utterly horrifying that I really don’t know why I still am with them. They have provided unreliable connectivity as well as unstable download speeds.

I have spoken with their representative Garth Hobbs and the company has promised improvement after several days of hours long disconnection times over many months. We came into 2019 expecting more but this company refuses to improve.

Every single month end, the internet dies from midnight for between 10-30min.

I have attempted to play online games but ISP Afrika ****s the connection at only the important times. It has become a useless endeavour.

I did not want to post here but after several (over 10) tries at getting a better service i feel it is time that this conpany is exposed for having litgle to no experience in fibre-based internet service providing! Moving into the new place soon and I will be done with this terrible company.

I have made sure to inform all of my colleagues and friends about the ********** service.
