Not worth the money, or any money

I've been with ISP Afrika for a while now. At first the service was good but over time the service degraded up to the point where I pay for a 40/20 fibre package but am lucky if I get 5 both ways. After get nowhere yet again on a slow response issue I decided to cancel and move to another ISP. What a nightmare. 3 days in and I still have not been able to cancel. There is no escalation path and incidents are not attended to.
