LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY!!!!

LACK OF SERVICE SUCKS! For 3 weeks now I am having a line that is suppose to run at 21Mmb/p up and down through Fibre what I am paying for is running at between 6 Mmb up and 9Mmb down. I really had enough and phoned the call center with no help at all!!??? NO SERVICE DELIVERY AT ALL??? BUT MY MONEY IS GOOD ENOUGH!!! How many times they come with ****py excuses and funny enough I am a Technician myself and they still want to make out a person is STUPID! I am the Customer and not supposed be be treated like a Dumb Ass!!!! If this is ever going be fixed, Lets hold thumbs???
