Issue with static IP address taking hours of my time to fix

I asked for a static IP adress and every month since I got it after month end I get kicked out of my Netflix and have to ask for another static ip and it takes hours of calls with ISP africa going through all the stupid resets etc just to then eventually get a new one and then lose it again and go through the hole process again - why am I paying R48 extra for a static ip adress if its not kept and renwed evert month - what utter frustration and terrible service looking for another service provider had enough - cheers ISP africa
