ISPA and Rain one gang, robbing customers.

I have a dispute with Rain ISP, now I have taken it to ISPA, I have to now answer 7 question as to why there is a dispute, after providing all the relevant info. This means it will take so much time to answer, and then who knows how many more questions. It is now worth it in terms of the time I lose.

My position is that the ISPA is having such a convoluted process that they support their members in *****ing and then they obfuscate the process in stead of helping clients.
