ISP AFRICA NOT RECOMMENDED

Shocking service from this internet provider. We are off the entire day with our computers and our phone system which both relies on trustworthy internet - when I lodged the call early this morning I was greeted with very little enthusiasm and a call operator that did not sound proficient in anything computer related. I was later told a technician would come out at 11. I was told after 11 that a technician can only come out tomorrow. Does ISP Africa know how damaging this is to small business or any business in fact, to be an entire day without internet. They come a close second only to our electricity supplier....
