A truly excellent ISP :-)

One of the things I've noticed about platforms like Hellopeter is that it's mostly the negative reviews that appear because it's human nature to be content with good service and to only go online to register bad service. My girlfriend has been having major issues with another service provider, which prompted me to think about mine: I've been an ISPAfrika customer for years and have always had stellar service. Overall I'm super happy with the performance of my connection and I'm usually informed by SMS if there is a problem before I even realise there IS a problem and it's always resolved super fast. The single occasion there was a major issue, I received daily updates and a phone call to see if I was happy once it was sorted out. It is a rarity to experience the level of service I've had from this company.
