Disgusting service from ISP Solutions

bsolutely disgusting service from ISP Solutions. will never recommend them to anyone. was without a stable wifi connection for the most part of December and after only receiving countless empty promises that their technicians are attending to the promise i finally received feedback early january that unfortunately their current provider can no longer supply them with the connections they need and they will be moving all their clients to a new provider which will take some time, they gave me the option to either move with them and cope with all the down time or rather source my own ISP which i opted to do as i couldnt be without wifi any longer. problem is ive already paid them for the entire december and january by that time and they promised to refund me, it is now almost end of january and i still havent received my refund. they sent me a proof of payment a week ago and promised that payment has been made, however i still havent received the funds in my account which begs me to ask the question whether that proof of payment was even legit. absolutely apalling. very dissapointed in ISP Solutions!!!!!
