Trainers are disgusting!!

A trainer by the name of Nikita Frank threatens trainees to date her or else she will fail them and they wont get the job. How do you employ people to train upcoming agents when they are evidently mentally unstable? And you have certain people who are in higher management who defends that type of behaviour and even threatens employees who take it up. Absolutely disgusting
