Sim Swap

I joined this organization in good faith which turned out to be displeasing, was advised to provide my Vodacom cell number to be allocated airtime and data they have moved my personal number over to a business contract which I now am unable to manage.

I have lost my sim unable to conduct a sim swap due to the above. I have sent emails to management to Ishmael & Thabile to no avail.

This has now become frustrating due to me now being able to access my personal information due to this. I do need assistance in expediting this matter in order for me to reclaim my number.
