MTN Retention deal ****
I have been trying to reach this company for a month, via MTN and directly. I called MTN last year to cancel my contract and was given a promotional deal by retentions at ISON. since then I have not received the bundles they promised me. MTN themselves are unable to assist me. I have had to spend money over and above my contract subscription to purchase minutes and data and MTN is unable to compensate me for the months that I have not received the bundles. I eventually had to reach out to MTN ***** and still no resolution. I cannot understand how MTN is allowing a 3rd party (that is not even contactable) to process retentions.

06 Mar 2024, 16:57Update 06/03/2024 I contacted MTN Customer care today and asked for the cancellation department. Guess what, they put my through to retentions at ISON. I explained my whole story and dissatisfaction and asked to speak to a Manager. They said they were unable to transfer me and that I should drop the call and the manager will call me back immediately. Of course this did not happen!!!
