Bad Customer Service

During the month of September I had to re-do all the gas pipes in my house. As a result I was refered to a company called ISO Bell. These guys previously did my parents house, and installed new pipes and fittings for the gas fireplace. ISO Bell are also known to provide a gas worthy certificcate once the job is completed. I was impressed with the work they did at my parents house and called them over to my house to re-do all the pipings and also install cages to house the gas tanks outside. The work was done to specification as per my instructions. I also ordered a new 20kg gas tank for my kitchen from ISO Bell as I previously had a 9kg bottle instead. The 20kg bottle that was supp**** was sealed however only lasted me a month, whereas the previous 9kg bottle lasted well over 4-5 months with everyday use. I contacted ISO Bell and spoke with a gentlemen by the name of Phillip. Phillip is the owner of the company. I told him that there is no ways that a 20kg bottle can only last 1 month. His reply was that he supp**** a sealed bottle and accepts no responsibility with regards to the usage therof. I polotly asked him to come through just in case there are any leaks and fix. It's been two weeks now & everytime I call him he avoids my calls, has alot of excuses and promises to come through. He still has not contacted me for any resolution to this issue. I want him to replace my gas bottle and check if there are leaks to the pipes, as this poses a danger to my household. Phillip keeps avoiding me, and now does not want to deal with customers who complain. @Philip, please note you are in a service industry and as such will need to deal with this. Inpaid premium money and never once asked for a discount. You were also very quick to remind me of paying you. I did so in good faith. The result of this, has now put a bad taste in my mounth as I no longer want to deal with him.
