UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE
Our experience with Isobel Gas has been very good, since today. New management ?? We are disgusted. Promised on Friday afternoon that they will replace gas as they are open on Saturday, and low and behold now show. That is what you get when you go on people's word. Followed up with them this morning, (after no explanation was given for non delivery on Saturday). After corresponding (1000 whatsapp messages and empty promises) they pitched up. Refused to take the gas bottle that they have given us (by Isobel Gas themselves) on the previous refill. Had a lame excuse that they first had to "call the boss "Phillip to find out if they can take the empty gas bottle (ironically theirs), Shaun got in their car to never be heard from again. So much for professional service delivery (not). Here we are - stranded. Still no refill or any feedback or to be so lucky to have a refill. Come on guys, surely you can do better???? What happened to that trustworthy service we got accustomed to.
