UTTERLY USELESS AND *********** "ATTORNEYS"

absolutley and utterly useless, *********** and unprofesional.

Received a message saying I need to pay an amount outstanding without an REFERENCE NUMBER and if i don't pay I will be listed on ITC.

Conacted them via the whatsapp number. Thato Motaung assisted me, He did not once introduce himself when I phoned even, he just insisted on my ID number.

when i asked for the statement which should have been supp**** by the Hospital on this account of which i do not carry any knowledge i was told that it would be sent to me.

Fast forward from friday Thato told me to go to the hospital to get the statement and proof that they contacted me in regards to this account.

They want me to "update my account with payment arrangement" but cant supply any information. every time I ask do you have all information regarding my account and Thato keeps avoiding it.

How can you collect "debt" without sufficient information?

So i can basically go to them and say mister X owes me money get it for me and they will harras and threaten anyone to get the money without the information.

Now when I have asked Thato Motaung for the 4th time "Do you have ALL INFORMATION regarding this account yes or no?" my whatsapp message is being read with no reply.
