Unprofessional, being evasive

Unprofessional. I called in, gave my ID number, agent confirmed my name and surname, said it's regarding and outstanding accounts. I told her I spoke to the creditors day before and no information about acc being moved over. Then she asked for ID and full name again. I told her she already has it. I asked for her registration number with the debt council., being evasive, then asking for other details. Telling me I must go back to the creditor who I already spoke to. I also chatted with an agent via WhatsApp, no reply when asked for registration with debt council but she wanted all personal detailsn
