Unprofessional

I was handed over to this attorneys by FNB, which i had a personal loan with them, the loan was paid off, but this attorneys are still debiting my account even though i am done with FNB, last month on the 21th i called their offices and told them i want my money back and they should stop to debiting my account they told me they will call me back and they never did. I have heard it with Ismail & Dahya Attorneys they must stop debiting my account for something that is been paid up.
