Threatening and Harassment

Hi.

Please do not threaten me with legal action when I have been actively trying to resolve this matter.

I first contacted your support team on 2 June and, despite multiple attempts to obtain assistance, none of your consultants were able to help me. On several occasions, I was assured that someone would call me back, but no one ever did.

It is extremely frustrating to now receive threats of legal action when I have made every effort to engage with your team and resolve the issue through the proper channels. The lack of communication and follow-through from your customer service department has been unacceptable.

I request that this matter be addressed urgently and that a competent representative contact me to resolve the issue without further delays.
