This company causes you more stress than finding a solution!

I am constantly harrassed on a weekly basis even though I am making my payments on a monthly basis to FNB as agreed, even more at a time. They have no consideration for human beings and zero compassion! The service is very unprofessional and they threaten you that the call is recorded if you get upset with their incompetence? I suggest you do not make threats to people when they are making payments every month! Sort you employees out!
