Terrible firm!

Terrible firm! My father is being continuously harassed for a loan that has already been fully paid and settled. I have sent the settlement letter received from FNB to Ismail and Dahya Attorneys numerous times however they are still harassing my father. If the firm does not sort this out, they will be hearing from my attorneys.......
