Terrible customer service!

I tried to settle a loan that was handed over to Ismail and Dahya and I received the worst service. I asked for a 3 month settlement and they gave me a 30 day settlement but still told me to pay over 3 months. When i asked for a paid up letter they said I must pay another R4900 which I was forced to do. Im told there is a refund due to me but Ismail and Dahya are not helpful at all. They want me to provide 5 years worth of bank statements as proof of all the payments I made. Staff are rude and misinformed. Senior managers and even owners ignore you. I emailed Wahid Ismail who didnt bother to respond.
