SHOCKING SERVICE

SHOCKING! I paid up a FNB loan that was handed over to these attorneys! I have been emailing for two weeks to receive a status update on how far the letter is/ when can i receive the letter etc. No one has any clue as to what's going on! FNB should reconsider who they use to do there collections .You are quick to blacklist but your customer service is SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am still waiting for my letter!
