Rude & Unprofesinonal

Unprofessional and rude. I have received numerous messages from them regarding an account I owe, which I had paid off, and requested them to confirm with a formal statement when and how I have these new arrears on an account that Strauss Daly already confirmed I had paid off. They have not sent me an email confirming the so-called arrears and want me to take their word for it. Lancet confirmed that I do not owe them anything.
