Rude and Arrogant

Rude and Arrogant, Jonathan called me about an outstanding amount for my hospital bill, I didnt even know the amount was outstanding as I have Medical Aid and Gapcover, and Im still waiting for the email, which he said was sent to me on the 17/10/2020, but he called me on the 16th, was rude, and ended the call cause he was finishing work. I had to call hospital, only to find out they made an error on the codes sent to medical aid, that is the reason the bill wasnt paid. The Bill was resent to Medical Aid, and they have paid it, but he still want to know when Im paying and send proof of payment, which im not going to do as, its not my fault, but the hospital staff fault.
