Poor service delivery

They mislead me on purpose for me to pay a settlement discounts that they say it doesn't exists immediately after I made payment. However they have being sending sms an emails about the discounts offer. This company is ******* 🗑. Let's unite and send complaints to NCR and debt council to report their misconduct and ********* behavior.
