Poor service.

My boodle account was handed over to this company for debt collection without being noticed. I paid the settlement amount through Ismail & Dahya Attorneys, and they have not allocated the money instead, I was told that the money has been queued to my Boodle account. My dashboard on boodle is still outstanding, I don't have a settlement letter, no paid letter and my account is still open. ICT is not yet updated.
