Pathetic service

I been harassed for months for an outstanding payment from some hospital account. I was offered a discount if I make payment to settle the account. I requested a full statement in December as I wasn't aware of any unsettled accounts. After months of harassments on email and calls. I called them today to get told today that my account was settled. No information on the amount of how it was settled can be confirmed.
