PAID UP LETTER

They contacted me and give me discount to pay up my settlement i did pay last month on the 23rd of September till i haven't receive a paid up letter and not updated in clear score. And now its over than their turn around time of 7-21 working days still the money not allocated i want this to be fixed ASAP
