Over 8 months I requested and still don't have my statement

I have never spoken to people who offer little to no help like agents from this organisation. I have trying for months now to get my statement and settle the account. When I speak to their agents, they keep promising to email my statement but I am still yet to receive it. Its been over 8 months now, the last one was as recent as last Thursday. I still don't have my statement but I pay every month. Useless I tell You!!!!!
