Not willing for a client to make payment arrangements

My Account is with this law firm, i have contacted them 3 times since last week to send me statements in order to arrange payment. they haven't sent it to date. Not sure what is their intentions. I have send them an email no response. What are you planning to due with my account will you pay it off yourselves?
