No paid-up letter and unauthorised debit order

I paid off my debt in June 2024 but still have not received a paid-up letter instead my account is been debited even though I have paid up my debt, I have been receiving messages that state I owe them money however when I call their contact center I am told a different story, I am dissatisfied with poor service they give their clients.
