No Communication, Just Threats

I have been making regular payments towards my account, yet instead of communicating with me properly or working with me to resolve the matter, I continue to receive threatening legal correspondence.

I have tried to engage and have made it clear that I am willing to pay R1,000 per month. Despite this, there has been very little communication and the matter has continued to escalate.

I understand that attorneys have a responsibility to collect outstanding accounts, but there should still be reasonable communication and consideration when a person is actively making payments and trying to resolve the matter.

Being repeatedly threatened with legal action while making payments is extremely stressful and unnecessary. I expected a more professional and constructive approach from a legal firm.
