NEDBANK CREDIT CARD HANDED OVER TO ISMAIL&DAHYA

I settled my nedbank credit card account which was handed over to ISMAIL&DAHYA/IDA Attorneys. I paid over R6400 in to Imail&Dahya nedbank account up up till today they telling me that the money is not reflecting on their side. I did send them a proof of payment and they telling me to wait for finance department to do allocations. I was told to wait for 3days, 9days, 7 days and it's been now over 2 months. No one it taking full responsibility. Nedbank keeps on referring me to Ismail dahya. I don't knw what to do now. I dealt with various consultants from Ismail Dahya legal department named Chantel, Raeesa, Sipati Magome, Adesh Budram .At nedbank legal department I spoke to Sibusiso Mkhizwe, Thabsile and their Team leader Happiness no one is assisting and this is messing up with my credit profile.
