JUST DON'T CARE

This company has no regard for one's situation. I have contacted them multiple times (via email as it is my preferred method of communication) to assist me in being lenient towards me. I sent them a proposal letter to pay what I can afford each month, and they accepted, all while being fully aware the interest would equal the agreed upon payment. This leads to the account remaining in arrears and just getting worse. In my opinion if an account has been handed over the collector CAN assist with interest. This was the case with another account which was handed over. It is not that I am not willing to pay, but sometimes life happens and your financial situation hits rock bottom. After several emails sent (clearly asking them to respond via email as I prefer it that way as I am not always able to answer my phone (work rules and privacy concerns) they have blatantly ignored me. Though lawyers should consist of strong analytical and communication skills, good judgment, and high ethical standards, strong research and writing abilities, problem-solving creativity, perseverance, attention to detail, a solid work ethic and organizational skills to manage cases and meeting deadlines effectively.
