Ismail&Dahya Attorneys threaten to auction my home over my late father’s debt—ridiculous demands and distressing conduct!

I am writing this review to express my deep distress over the conduct of Ismail&Dahya Attorneys, who are acting as collection agents on behalf of First National Bank (FNB). They are demanding unaffordable repayment of debt, stemming from my late father’s personal loan and vehicle finance account, despite his passing four years ago and the car having already been repossessed. My Concerns:  Unreasonable payment demands -I simply cannot afford the amounts they’re demanding, which appear excessive and disconnected from the estate’s capacity to settle.  Threats to auction my primary residence: They’re now threatening to auction the only home I live in. This is especially distressing given the debt relates to my deceased father’s estate which is now insolvent.  Emotional and financial hardship: The threats and pressure are causing both emotional turmoil and insecurity about losing my home. What I would like:  FNB to step in, ensuring their collection attorneys cease these threatening tactics.  Protection of my primary residence.

I sincerely hope for a compassionate resolution. I do want to be subjected to aggressive ************ or risk losing my home over a debt that is tied to an insolvent estate.
