Bad experience on 2 occasions with abovementioned attorneys. First with prescribed debt of Nedbank. I refer case to the Banking Ombudsman who indeed rule in my favor. In addition I got a letter dated 6.11.2023 from Nedbank confirming the debt is prescribed . Everyday to phoning and try to trick me to mke "arangement". In 2014 for a medical bill in kroonstad issued a letter from court in my name. Upon carefully inspection all my details on this document with court stamp I notice the ID nr don't belong to me. How many people did they do this to. And why companies like Nedbank do business with such pple?
