*********** consultants who refuse to give feedback to their client COJ Municipality. My rates and taxes account was handed to them for collections in 2019 while I was in a process of selling my property. The account has been settled since January 2020 but they still insist that I pay them the areas. They rudely harass me with calls, emails and smses and threaten me with legal action. Oh! What a waste of resources.
