Ismail and dhaya attorney ****** ******** useless

I paid up an account with them in March this year and up till this day they have not sent me a settlement letter. I have been calling a lady by the name of Rani and they say she is busy and will return my call. They are useless and a bunch of ******. Worst service ever. I'm am so frustrated as I am going nowhere with them. I honestly think they are all a bunch of idiots.
