Ishmeal Dahya Collections Dept are the worst. Cant even send a email yet they want their money!

These people are unreal! They call you to pay and you make an arrangement to pay the debt, off at a certail amount a month, BUT they cannot even send you the banking details and reference number yet they can phone every day. I am trying to have a conversation and the line cuts out and the sms that was promised never comes. Yet I am sure they will be taking every effort to blacklist me. I am reporting this incompetence to the NCR. These lawyers do with us what they will and we are really battling to keep up. I mean if you cannot even send a email how bad are things?
