IDA Law Harassment for a Loan

This call centre is constantly calling me regarding a Loan is under debt admin. I have told them countless times via email and whatsapp that this account is under admin and must be discussed with my debt counsellor. I have given them my debt counsellor's information on a number of occasions. They are ignoring both my emails and my whatsapps. The first time I whatsapp'ed them, they read and responded. Thereafter they have not even bothered reading my messages. I have just tried phoning the office call centre number and got disconnected twice and then left on hold with the music and then disconnected.
