I would not anyone to work for Ismail Dhaya, it's a hell whole

Worst company to work, I've worked for many debt Collection Company but this company is the worse. When you walk into the company it looks very professional, training excellent. But at bank of the range there is a stuffy, smelly call center with more then 80 people. The managers screams at the agents like you some concentration camp. Then the worse HR lady, who thinks she's the boss, full of herself. They did not give me contract, but I was dismissed on a fixed contract. Charmaine the HR lady sent me a back dated contract after I was dismissed. It all started when I was short paid, other senior collections agents was paid more then me. I was told it's against company policy to discuss salary, she obviously did not know the law. I collected and reached by target by the 3rd month, my commission was never paid and I short paid too. I toke the matter to CCMA, I only toke a chance as I was pre warned thy have connections at the CCMA , they gave me an option to return to work, which I obviously refused. I will never ever work in a *** stey again. The managers and supervisors needs urgent training. Horrible company to work for, rat invested dirty stuffy. But in the drive you see lambuginis, porches, BMW. The impression they give to the outside world, while they have slaves working long hours. Shame on you Charmaine but I believe in karma. Then they look like heros on social media(Facebook) horrible people. And not the directors, the managers. The baddest witch is Charmaine unprofessional HR.
