Horrible Service

Horrible service from this company, FNB handed over my loan account to these guys and they are horrible. Pathetic service, what they know is to harass me with calls and messages claiming that I have not paid my acc when I have paid. They are so good at calling, emails and texts but they are not able to locate client payments. This company is horrible, i wish FNB could only use Groenewald coz they are much better at their work than these people who have such horrible admin. My account will not get paid out if these ppl are not able to locate payments.

I do not understand how FNB can use this company after so many of their customers complain about this company.
