Horrible Service

its highly disappointing to have such unprofessional service from Organisations that are expected to hold high standards of professionalism.

My Getbucks loan account was handed over to Ismail & Dahya Attorneys , not really sure for how long, however they have contacted me and gave the amount of Settlement after threatening and harassing me with SMS notifications of blacklisting me, they gave me a settlement amount and i paid it of, and sent them proof of payment, i have spoken to Lani Randsburg, who has not been helpful at all after she received my proof of payment of the amount she quoted as a settlement, i have been listed by them on my credit profile, its been more than 3 months, no paid up letter, my credit profile still not updated which is inconveniencing me big time, job opportunities and so on .
